How to Request a Return:
Take a clear photo of:
- The defective product
- The parcel packaging
- The consignment note

We’ll provide replacements for eligible items., but delivery costs will be covered by the customer. Please note that refunds are not offered.
Our return policy is valid within 15 days from the date you receive your parcel from the courier.
